What's included in the $499 First-Time Visit?
Your first visit includes weeding of all mulch beds, crisp edging, blowing out debris, and cleanup of large branches a total property refresh. It's the perfect way to experience our quality firsthand.
Do I have to sign up for a VIP package right away?
Not at all. After your $499 visit, we'll send you pricing for full-season lawn care and our VIP Packages. You can choose what works best for your needs and your $499 will be credited toward any package if you upgrade.
Can I just sign up for a VIP package now without the $499 visit?
Yes! Many customers who find us online choose to lock in a full VIP Package right away. Just let us know what plan you're interested in and we'll get you started.
Is snow removal included in all packages?
Snow removal is included only in select packages:
- It's fully included in our Fall/Winter VIP Package
- You can also sign up for Snow-Only Plans separately (starting at $799)
What if I just want lawn mowing or one-time services?
We offer annual mowing plans with simple monthly pricing (no per-cut billing) and also limited one-time services like:
- Shrub Trimming (First-Time Offer: $499)
- Leaf Cleanups (priced by number of visits)
- Fall/Winter Service Bundles
These are great ways to try us out and many customers upgrade after their first service.
Can I manage everything online?
Yes! You can book services, pay invoices, and get updates right from your phone. We also send job photos, ETA updates, and follow-ups to make things as easy as possible.
Are you insured and licensed?
Absolutely. Galaxy Landscaping is fully insured, licensed, and has been in business for over 10 years. We invest in top-tier equipment, team training, the best software and technology, and safety so your property is always in good hands.
Why do you only offer full-season and annual services now?
After 10+ years in business, we've learned that the best results for both our customers and our team - come from consistent, proactive care. That's why we now focus on annual maintenance plans instead of random one-off jobs. It creates better-looking properties, more predictable scheduling, and happier customers.
What makes Galaxy different from other landscapers?

What if I need to cancel a service?
For recurring plans, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. If you're on a VIP Package or a prepaid seasonal plan (like Snow Removal or Fall/Winter VIP), those are non-refundable similar to an insurance policy or gym membership. You're paying for guaranteed readiness and reserved service.
Do you do design/build or patios/hardscaping anymore?
Not at this time. We've scaled back those services to focus entirely on full-property maintenance - lawn care, shrub trimming, cleanups, snow removal, and seasonal services. If you're looking for hardscaping, we're happy to refer you to someone trusted.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve residential homeowners in Bucks County, PA and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, just fill out a quote form - we'll let you know right away.
Can I get a quote before booking?
For most services (like mowing, cleanups, and shrub trimming), we can provide a quote after a quick visit or sometimes even from aerial property photos. Our $499 First-Time Visit is also a great way to get a feel for our quality and receive a full-season quote after your initial service.
What happens after I book the $499 offer?
You'll get an email confirmation, we'll schedule your visit, and then our team will perform a full property refresh. After that, we'll send a detailed follow-up with your full-season mowing quote, mulching quote, VIP Quoting options, and recommendations for your property.
What happens if it snows more than 30 inches and I'm on the Unlimited Plan?
No problem! We'll continue servicing your property at our fair, transparent per-inch pricing after the 30" cap. But in most years, Bucks County averages under 30" total snowfall so you're covered for nearly every storm of the season.
Do I have to be home for services?
Not at all. Most of our clients are working professionals or busy families - we perform all services whether you're home or not. You'll receive job updates and photos by email or text, and your property will be left spotless.
What if I don't need all the services in the VIP Package?
No problem - we'll walk you through your options. Many customers start with a single service (like a $499 First-Time Visit or shrub trimming) and upgrade later. You can also choose between Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP tiers based on your needs and budget.
Is the $499 First-Time Offer a commitment to anything else?
Not at all. There's no commitment. It's simply the best way to experience our service and get your property refreshed which also allows us to be at your property so we can assess it and send you an accurate full-season quote afterwards. If you decide to upgrade to a VIP plan, the $499 will be credited toward it.
Can I just get mowing and nothing else?
Yes our Annual Mowing Plan is available without other services. It includes weekly visits from April through Thanksgiving, consistent scheduling, and pro-level work from our uniformed crews. You can pay upfront or break it into monthly payments.
How do I pay for services?
All services are billed through our secure online system. You'll be able to pay by card, receive invoices, and set up autopay it's completely hands-off once you're signed up.
What if I'm not satisfied with a service?
We stand behind everything we do. If something isn't right, just reach out and we'll fix it - no runaround, no excuses. It's part of what's earned us 420+ 5-star reviews and 10+ years of local trust.
Why is the snow removal non-refundable?
We treat snow removal like insurance. Whether it snows a lot or not at all, we've still invested in trucks, crews, materials, and readiness - just to be there when you need us. That's why all snow retainers and full-season payments are nonrefundable.
I'm nervous about signing up online. Can I talk to someone first?
Absolutely our office team is available to walk you through everything by phone or text. You'll always be dealing with real people, not robots. And we'll never push you into something you don't need.

What if I don't want every service in a package?
We offer flexibility, but we strongly recommend letting the package work as designed. These packages are crafted to give your property complete care throughout the year, and skipping parts often creates more issues later (overgrown shrubs, weeds, etc.). That said, if there's something specific you don't want - let us know before you sign up and we'll work with you to tailor the plan while preserving overall value.
What if I sign up for a VIP package or mowing plan in the middle of the year?
No problem at all! Our packages run for a full 12 months from your signup date. That means if you join in June 2025, your plan will include all services from that point through June 2026 even if that includes services in early 2026 like spring shrub trimming or cleanup. You'll receive every service listed in your plan. Nothing is lost everything rolls forward. This setup ensures you always get the full value, no matter when you sign up.
